We offer a full money back guarantee on all purchases made on our website, but under certain conditions. We would like you to read the conditions explained more in detail below, to see the condition that applies to you, please follow the appropriate steps.
If you are not happy with the product that you have purchased from Get Nicked Co, firstly we do apologize and to please let us know. Our Return & Refund Policy gives you 30 days to return or exchange an item purchased on our online store. You are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from your purchase if:
1. Refund/exchange is requested within 30 days of purchase
2. all products are packed in the original packaging
3. original tags and/or hanging tags have not been removed or damaged
4. products are unworn, unwashed and have not been damaged (stains, rips, odours etc); and
5. Details on the reasons for refund/exchange such as:
- Wrong size or don’t like the fit
- Change of mind
- Product is faulty etc.
Shipping costs will only be refunded on faulty products, not on returns or exchanges.

Refunds
Once your returned product has been received by Get Nicked Co, we will inspect to make sure all conditions have been followed, and we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or refused due to conditions not being followed.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and your payment of purchase (excl. shipping) will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 15 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, firstly check your bank account again. Then contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of this and your refund has still not landed in your bank account, please contact us at info@getnickedco.com and we will provide support and assistance to rectify this issue.
